PopHatch Refund Policy

PopHatch offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your initial subscription within 30 days of purchase, we'll refund you in full.

Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

What's Covered

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your first paid subscription on a new account, whether monthly or annual. The 30 days start on the date of your initial purchase.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period. Payments for periods that have already started aren't refunded after the initial 30-day window.

Renewals

The money-back guarantee applies to your initial subscription. To avoid renewal charges, cancel before your renewal date through your account settings. Renewal payments aren't refunded retroactively.

Billing Errors

If you're charged in error, billed twice, or charged after cancellation, email hello@pophatch.com. We review these individually and issue refunds where verified, regardless of the 30-day window.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@pophatch.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and the email associated with your account. We respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5 to 10 business days.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any refund or cancellation right you have under applicable law that cannot be waived by agreement.
